2019 : TRADITIONAL RULERS, NKPORO WOMEN ENDORSE IKPEAZU AND UDE OKO FOR REELECTION(SEE PHOTOS)

The Wife of the Deputy Governor of Abia state, Lady Vivian Ude Oko Chukwu yesterday visited the women of Agbaja Nkporo to chat a new course for the way forward for women participation in politics.

During the interaction, She charged the women to continue their support for the state Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu and his Deputy, Rt. Hon. Ude Oko Chukwu to ensure that the state continue moving in the right direction even as the 2019 General Election is fast approaching. She welcomed the decampees from APC and APGA members who the joined PDP in the area.

In their own response, the women of Agbaja Nkporo promised to continue showing their support to their son, the Deputy Governor of Abia state and his Boss the Governor of the state. The women complained bitterly of few elements from Nkporo that has made themselves a tool in the hands of distractors who has vowed never to see the community progress due to their selfish interest. They vowed never to allow the bad elements to succeed in their bid of causing mayhem and disunity in Nkporo and called on all Nkporo sons and daughters to rally round Sir Ude Oko Chukwu to move Nkporo forward.

Earlier in his own speech, the Deputy Governor of Abia state, Rt. Hon. Ude Oko Chukwu thanked the women for their encouragement and support for the Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu led administration and promised to always identify with the women whenever he is called upon.

The two Traditional rulers of the community Aloke Agbaja and Achi of Achi on their separate speeches encouraged Nkporo indigenes not to listen to any judas in Nkporo whose motive is to fight their own illustrious son just to score a cheap political goal and enjoined the people to rally round Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu and his Deputy, Rt. Hon. Ude Oko Chukwu come 2019.
