Former Governor of Imo state, Chief Ikedi Ohakim had petitioned EFCC alleging that the embattled APGA chairman Ozo Victor Ike Oye, duped him.
Chief Ikedi Ohakim, was 2019 Accord Party governorship candidate in Imo state.
In his petition to the anti-graft agency, Ohakim alleges that Victor Oye (above) duped him of $300,000 dollars ( N108,000,000.00 ) and another N100 million with a fake promise that he would conduct a free and fair primary election for the party in Imo state.
The former governor of Imo state asked EFCC to investigate and arrest Oye for fleecing him under false pretence.
