Education, Agriculture To Receive Prime Attention As Ogwuanyim Foundation Is Unveiled


    Friday the 30th of April 2021 will certainly remain indelible in the minds of the good people of Bende Local Government Area.

    It was the day a genuine, compassionate and an innate poise to obliterate the challenges of Ndi Bende was unveiled, it was the official unveiling of Ogwuanyim foundation founded by Barr. Chijioke Chuku.

    One of the indices of a thorough breed and a true son of the soil, is to have a firm grip of the immediate needs and challenges of your people and also marshal out strategic plans on how to surmount these challenges.

    At Ogwuanyim foundation, we know that one of the greatest challenges of the younger generation, who are of course the bedrock and foundation for a brighter future, is the access to quality and affordable education.

    At Ogwuanyim foundation we also know that a greater percentage of our people depend on agriculture for their livelihood and sustenance.

    This formed the basis of our decision to prioritise Education and agriculture in this first phase of our outing.

    Exercises Books Distributed To Pupils And Students

    Thus besides, the over 130 Students who benefited from our educational cash grant and scholarship initiative, we distributed over 260 schools desks and over 2000 exercise books to public schools and indigent students and pupils across the public schools in Bende.

    The essence is not only to give them a conducive learning experience but also to ease the burden of educating their wards, thereby ensuring that every child has access to basic education.


    To boost the agricultural output of our women this planting season, we distributed over 650 bundles of high yielding cassava stems.
